Welcome to Torrevieja Boat Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and participation in our boat tours, catamaran trips, watersports and related experiences departing from Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain. By booking or participating in any activity with us, you agree to comply with and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
1.1 Booking: All bookings must be made through our official website, partner platforms, or directly with our team. You agree to provide accurate personal information and to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of booking. (Torrevieja Boat Tours)
1.2 Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email or voucher has been issued to you with the details of your activity.
1.3 Payments: All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation, except for eligible group bookings (see section 3). Your booking is not confirmed until we have received payment in full or the agreed deposit. (Torrevieja Boat Tours)
2.1 All tour prices displayed include applicable sales taxes and service fees unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice until the time of booking.
3.1 Group bookings (typically defined as bookings of six or more participants) may be required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
3.2 Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
4.1 Standard Tours: You may cancel your confirmed tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. (Torrevieja Boat Tours)
4.2 Group Cancellation: For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the departure timeto receive a 50% refund of the amount already paid. Deposits for group bookings may be non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of departure.
4.3 How to Cancel: All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@torreviejaboattours.com with your booking reference.
5.1 If you wish to change your booking (for example, change the date, time, or number of participants), please contact us as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5.2 Changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are treated as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy above.
6.1 All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the Captain and crew. You agree that your participation is voluntary and that you understand the nature of the activity.
6.2 You must be physically able to participate in the tour. Certain activities (e.g., swimming or paddleboarding) may have additional safety requirements.
6.3 We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or violates local laws or safety guidelines.
7.1 Tours may be affected by weather, sea conditions or other operational considerations. We may reschedule or cancel tours for safety reasons.
7.2 If we cancel a tour due to weather or operational issues, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another available date/time (subject to availability).
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our staff are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay or other issues arising from participation in our tours, except where caused by our proven negligence.
8.2 You are responsible for your personal belongings. Loss or damage to personal items is not the responsibility of Torrevieja Boat Tours.
9.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Booking and participation are subject to you agreeing to the collection and use of personal data necessary to process bookings and provide services.
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante province, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
By confirming and paying for a booking with Torrevieja Boat Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
